GrowNest is a family organisation service managed by adults aged 18 and older. Parents may enable supervised child access to assigned learning and activities. Keep your credentials and recovery code private. You are responsible for the information you add and the adults you invite. Family members can access all records within their workspace according to their role.

Community care

Parent circles are private, community-managed groups, not verified school channels. Do not impersonate another person or school, post abusive or unlawful content, expose children’s private information, or share material without permission. Circle owners can remove members and rotate joining codes. Contact your circle owner about a message or membership concern.

Learning and activities

Learning sessions are original parent-guided starter activities, not a complete curriculum, assessment service or substitute for professional teaching. Activity listings labelled as samples are inspiration; their availability and prices are not live provider offers. Confirm arrangements directly with the provider.

Practical limits

The service currently allows 20 documents per family, up to 1 MB each, and 500 KB of structured family records. Account recovery supports a private backup code and, when email sending is available, expiring email reset links. Email verification, email/SMS reminders, payments, verified school imports and two-way external calendar integrations are not connected. Calendar exports can be imported into your calendar app. Notifications inside GrowNest do not guarantee delivery outside the app.

Availability and your data

Keep a separate backup of important records. Service availability and storage depend on the operator’s Cloudflare account and its plan limits. This deployment is not an emergency, medical or safeguarding service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
